Overview
Tshmerizboc Se was founded durring the late 13th century in fall of the year 1164, by Tsîbêm Owens. The establishment of Tshmerizboc Se was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Tsîbêm Owens electing to pay people to resettle in Tshmerizboc Se.
Tshmerizboc Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tshmerizboc Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Tshmerizboc Se is is constructed arround a semi-circular broad baked earthen mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Tshmerizboc Se's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The political statment focused walls have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
Tshmerizboc Se has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Tshmerizboc Se’s streets. A look around Tshmerizboc Se has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Tshmerizboc Se long.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Tshmerizboc Se was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Tshmerizboc Se lost 295 people, 390 livestock, and 45 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 88, when members of Tshmerizboc Se's militia enacted an operation to patrol a specific area to dissuade the enemy from their current activities. The operation was complicated by the army being put into a position where they could only choose between two terrible options. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the port, which ended in defeat for Tshmerizboc Se's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Tshmerizboc Se's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
